Blue Confetti Balloon Garland
What makes this Blue Confetti Balloon Garland Kit extra special is that it includes satin blue confetti balloons. The blue latex balloons are also not your usual balloons, but they have been pearlised to give them a luxurious vibrant look.
You can choose between two different length: 1m/3.5ft and 2m/7ft. The garland in the picture is about 1.5m/5ft.
The 1m/3.3ft garland includes (adjusted accordingly for the 2m/7ft)

This is DIY and does not come assembled. We recommend using a balloon pump (not included). No helium required.
All balloons are of best quality from the renowned US brand Qualatex (other than the Confetti balloons).
