Mini Blue Balloon Cake Topper
The kit includes everything you need. There are plenty of balloons and most likely you have a few spare ones for the birthday girl to play with. The confetti balloons are pre-filled with lovely metallic satin blue confetti.
The other balloons are also not your ‘norma’ balloons, but they are pearlised. This give them a luxurious look.

The ‘Happy Birthday Cake Topper’ is not included in this kit but can be purchased as an add-on. This is DIY and does not come assembled. We recommend using a balloon pump (not included).
All balloons are of best quality from the renowned US brand Qualatex.
