First Birthday Woodland Balloon Cake Topper
The kit includes everything you need. There are plenty of balloons and most likely you have a few spare ones.
The set also includes special chrome balloons in lime green. Thanks to a new technology they have an extra vibrant luxurious look.

This is DIY and does not come assembled. We recommend using a balloon pump (not included).
All balloons are of best quality from the renowned US brand Qualatex.
