Rainbow Balloon Garland Kit
You do not need helium, simple air will do. And to make it even easier you can prepare the garland (or arch) 2 days before the actual event.
All the balloons are of the best quality available and will still look the same.
You can purchase a 2m garland or if you prefer a half arch 3m/10ft are available as well.
The 2m/7ft garland includes:

You also can add a gold 14″ number ballon as an extra. You can pick any number you require.

This is DIY and does not come assembled. We recommend using a balloon pump (not included). No helium required. All balloons are of best quality from the renowned US brand Qualatex.
