You can either hang them by using the hang tags or you can use glue dots/tape to attach them to all kind of surfaces.
The colour of the letters are black.
Please be aware that these balloon can ONLY BE FILLED WITH AIR (NO HELIUM), these will not float with helium.
The height of each letter is 16″ and the total length of the garland about 1m/3.5ft
