All of our balloons are shipped flat to ensure a safe delivery and can easily be inflated using a standard balloon pump. Most foil balloons can be blown up using a straw and latex balloon can be inflated by simply blowing into them. Please check specific product descriptions for any further details including whether balloons can be inflated with helium.
All of our balloon garlands, sculptures and balloon cake toppers will come with easy to follow instructions to help with every step of assembling the products.
At the moment we offer a few personalised products which you will find on our websites. We are constantly adding new things to our shop and are super keen to add more personalised products so keep your eyes out for awesome new products coming soon!
Orders
I need to cancel my order. What do I do?
If you change your mind, please contact us within 24 hours at [email protected] and we will get back to you to cancel the order and process your full refund.
My order is missing items or damaged
If your parcel arrives with missing items or a damaged product, do not hesitate to reach out to us. Email us at [email protected] and we will ensure the issue is resolved by either offering replacement products or refunding you for the missing or damaged item.
Delivery
How long will it take to get my order?
All of our orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery times will depend on the type of shipping you select during checkout. Please see our complete shipping information here
I gave the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
If you realise that you have provided us with the incorrect shipping address, please contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours so we can update the shipping information to the correct address before the order is dispatched.
Returns
What happens if I don’t like the items I order?
We really hope you love your products, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your order then you can return it to us within 30 days of the date of delivery. Please see our full return conditions here (hyperlink to returns page)
How long will my refund take?
If you have made a return, we will process your refund within 1 working day after your parcel is delivered back to us. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received the items and that your refund is on its way.
