Returns & Refunds
We really hope you love your products, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your order then you can return it to us within 30 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once we have received your item and have checked its condition, we will send you an email confirming its return and process your refund. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you want to return items that are either faulty or damaged, we ask that you send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number & a photo as proof of damage. We will then contact you to organise a refund or product replacement.
Please note that we won’t cover the cost of returning products unless products are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied
