This is a DIY banner so it will arrive unassembled but is easy to put together.

Letters of your choice
Clear nylon string
2 Command wall hook
Optional: 2 Gold Tassels and 6 mini balloons (blue or red). The balloons are of high quality from the renown US manufacturer Qualatex.
