Colourful ‘One Today’ Confetti Balloons
The balloons are clear with ‘ONE TODAY’ printed on them but are filled with colourful rainbow confetti that will add that pop of colour.
Inflate the balloons with helium and air and give the balloon a shake to wake the confetti! Confetti will also stick better if the balloons are made static by rubbing them against your clothes!
Each pack contains 5 x 12″ confetti balloons
