Just fill the balloons with helium (or let a party shop do it for you) and add the personalised vinyl stickers.
Each pack includes:
-1 x 86cm giant Bear on the Moon balloon in blue or pink
-1 x High Quality Satin Star balloon
-3 x 11″ latex balloons in glass blue or pastel pink
-White Ribbon
Optional: Black vinyl stickers to personalise the balloon with the name of the birthday boy or girl.
Balloon Weight is not included.
The balloons arrive uninflated and have to be inflated with helium.
