DIY Rainbow Balloon Cake Topper
The kit includes everything you need. There are plenty of balloons and most likely you have a few spare ones for the birthday boy/girl to play with.

The gold ‘Happy Birthday’ is NOT included.
This is DIY and does not come assembled. We recommend using a handheld balloon pump (not included) as mini balloons are difficult to inflate by mouth.
