Just fill the balloon with air, attach the swing and hang him it from a curtain rod, lamp shade or hang it on the ceiling with a hook.

Clear String
Personalised vinyl stickers including 2 white snowflakes.
ELF IS NOT INCLUDED.
You will need a handheld balloon pump or straw to inflate the balloon (not included).
It is a DIY set, but it should only take 10 to 15 minutes. Inflate the balloon, apply the vinyl stickers and attach swing and string.
