ELF IS NOT INCLUDED.
Choose from 2 different houses:
House 1 (this house is bigger)
27cm (L) x 20cm (H) x 20cm (W)
House 2 (this house is made of thicker cardboard and sturdier)
20cm (L) x 20cm (H) x 18cm (W)
You will need a handheld balloon pump or straw to inflate the balloon (not included).
It is a DIY set, but it should only take 10 to 15 minutes.
