The confetti balloons are pre-filled with lovely gold confetti. The other balloons are also not your 'normal' balloons, but they are pearlised. This give them a luxurious look.

The kit includes:

-7 pearl midnight blue 5" balloons

-7 chrome gold 5" balloons

-3 Wooden Skewers

-2 gold paper straws

-Crafting Wire

The 'Happy Birthday Cake Topper' is not included in this kit but can be purchased as an add-on.

This is DIY and does not come assembled. We recommend using a balloon pump (not included).
